Do not go into this shop. He makes up prices . My mother went into the shop last September, to buy a pocket radio. She was charged PS30. She never used the radio until Christmas time and was unable to find a clear channel. When I went to stay with my mother during the new year, we decided to take the radio back. The owner of the shop could not tune it either. He didn’t give me the PS30 back. My mother decided to buy a larger radio and he asked for a further PS15.
A week later my wife went into the shop and asked how much for the pocket radio. He said for you PS20. She left the shop and about 10 minutes later I went into the shop and asked him why did he charge my Mother for PS30 and the same radioPS20 for my wife.
I told him that I will be in contact with trading standards.
To sum it up this man is a con man and I wouldn’t advice anyone to shop there. If something doesn’t work you should refund the customer

A part the red flag that all the positive review as the same last name “ram” and the rest of the review are negative should make you understand the type of business this is.
This guy sell you broken things and refuse to refund or exchange , as English law says. They try to frode a friend giving extra price for a lap top to repair, that was not even broken.
Be careful and don’t even step in there.
I went in to buy an adapter charger for my laptop, a simple request really! The guy decided my laptop was broken and needed repairing! I went to another shop they sold me the adapter and that was it. I will not be using this manipulative and unfriendly shop again.
