They are non professional, they handled my phone in worst way today. My phone was fell down in water at night, and i switched it off instantly, and at the earliest in morning i took it to this shop to clean the water inside professionally. They kept it and gave me invoice of 29 euro to look into it and gave me an hour time to come back. And when I went back to them in about an hour, and they handed over me phone in heating up condition, burnt and generating steam at cameras glass. I’m surprised how the hell its still producing steam if they have properly cleaned the water inside. Now this phone is absolutely dead. Thank to this unprofessional technician at handy. Service 24. I will never recommend these people to any one..

Website doesn’t indicate they – do not – take responsibility to splitting your phone screen when changing the battery. It’s my own responsibility they told me. And it sometimes happens for them.

I didn’t come by Alex (Alexander Platz where they are located) to be burdened by an additional unsolicited responsibility I did not ask for.

But one star is warranted maybe for telling me, accept they indicated I could buy a new phone as I wasn’t happy with it’s old battery.

Best smartphone repair service in Berlin. I had some charging issues with my phone (dash or fast charging was no longer working and the phone took 5-6 hours to fully charge). The person was polite, understanding and helpful and gave me a fixed price (which would not be charged if the issue was not fixed). He fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes. Very happy with the service and highly recommend it.
