I had a problem with my 4-5-year old iPhone. I never had a problem with it before. It showed crazy random battery percentages, rebooted at random all the time, and would not charge in the sense that the charge percentage shown would not go above 12% even though it showed that it was charging. I brought it to the shop and followed their (very reasonable) recommendations: (1) battery change to begin with and then, when this didn’t solve the problem, (2) change of a relevant chip. I should say that when the battery change didn’t work they offered to put the old battery back and to refund the money in full if I wished so. I wanted it to be fixed. Prices were standard, not inflated, they were quoted to me in advance, and the time it took to do the work was very short: 30 min for the battery change and then 1 hour for the chip. The warranty on this work was 6 months, I was told. The phone worked perfectly for 2.5 weeks and then the problem was back. I returned to the shop and they took it back to check. It took longer but they solved my problem after a day or so, and I am very grateful for their help. There were no additional charges, it was done as per the promised warranty.

I was literally told that my phone had no solution despite the same problem in question having been resolved in the past. I managed to repair the issue with my phone by myself after I came back home, and I find it simply unbelievable that they wouldn’t even bother to repair such a small issue and tell me its irrepairable, just for me to manage to find a solution on my own despite having almost no knowledge on how to repair a phone.

It is simply unbelievable and I hope they never do this with other customers, if you’re also told your phone cannot be repaired here, I urge you to try again somewhere else.

Touch screen stopped working on my Samsung a52 on my first day in the city (of a two day visit) and these guys ordered the part and fixed the phone by the very next day. I’m so grateful for their fast, quality work. Highly recommend!
