Very professional and quick mobile phone repair service. Although they could not fully repair my cracked mobile phone screen in the time I was in Kiel they placed a protective cover on the screen that held the screen together for an extended time, hopefully long enough for the price of a proper repair to come down sometime after I got back to the UK.

Impulse are clear and very honest about what they will do for you. While I was waiting for my phone to be looked at, another customer wanted a new phone case. But as she could not recall what device she had, they would not sell her the one she thought looked good in case it was the wrong. Incredibly decent of them.

Recommended for the help and advice they gave me, the job they did, and the professional honesty I saw.

The repair on my cell phone was done incorrectly. I paid 250 euros for an iPhone screen that didn’t work properly. The screen blinked by itself during use. I went back to fix the cell phone, it fixed it, but a week later it had the same problem again. I went to another store and they fixed my cell phone correctly. In this new store they placed the screen correctly! Anyway I DO NOT RECOMMEND Handy Reparatur Kiel!!!!

Good place to buy phone protectors and covers …..My phone glass was broken the guy put back the glass and cover now it looks almost like new.
I have to admit they have the customer service ever
