I was in Marburg on a student exchange, but just before I got there, I dropped my phone (Mate 20 Pro) and the service at my home country did a bad job fixing the screen. My front camera started gathering dust and was unusable. So I took my phone to HandyDoctor (they were the first repair shop I found) to try and clean in. They said it will be done in 2 hours and it was done in 2 hours. But they also noticed that dust had damaged my camera and because it couldn’t really be fixed, they offered to replace the camera module on a discount. In less than a week, the parts came, they texted me, I brought my phone and once again in about 2 hours it was finished.
Am I satisfied? Absolutely.
Do I recommend them? Absolutely!
Extremely good service. Friendly fast and affordable. This is the second time I have been here and it’s just so easy. I got my headphone jack and my charging port fixed and before that a new screen. And everyone it has been fixed absolutely. Deffinetly will come again when and if my phone breaks again (hopefully not too soon Haha)
My private Recommendation for simply mobile phone fixing.I just changed the battery from my IPhone for 35 .Maybe 39 Euro I am not sure anymore .It tooks me 1 hour – everybody is very polite and in the meantime you can enjoy the *Oberstadt in Marburg 🙂
