Rude handler, has a superior attitude and is not nice to work with. I payed a 20 eur deposit to get my phone repaired but in the meantime changed my mind. I went there and asked to get the phone accessory he ordered for that 20 euro but he refused saying I made a contract, although we did not sign anything. So I am left without 20 eur and he still has the phone accesory. Will file a complaint with the authorities but thank God for Google too!
Dieser Laden wurde mir empfohlen und was soll ich sagen – bin begeistert! Volle 10 von 10 Punkten! Am Mittag wegen kaputten Display abgegeben, super Beratung bekommen und am nachsten Mittag Anruf erhalten dass es fertig ist. Toller Service und Kommunikation! Danke schon nochmal!
Ich habe vor 3 Arbeitstagen mein Samsung s20 ultra 5g hier abgegeben (nachdem es einen neuen akku bekommen hat, hat es wieder nach einer woche nichtmehr geladen). Nun funktioniert alles einwandfrei =) es lag wohl an der Platine, sagte der Inhaber =)
