awful shop, terrible people working, shameless, unfriendly, hyperexpensive. Never happened in my life to pay 80 euros in a shop for a speaker that didn’t work, asking for refund and receiving instead a new one after 15 days with no charger, no mic, no box, no excuses. I lost 2 weeks of work since I use that speaker for my activities. everything was onto me, they also dared to tell me that the speaker I bought was working and was not defective AFTER we tried it out together and it ran off WHILE IN CHARGE in front of their own eyes, trying to avoid refund or the substitution and when they gave me the new one, ordered IN EXCHANGE of the old, non working one ( so without any money charged on them, it was a defective speaker, the company gave them a new one for free ) they even asked me 30 euros more for the accessories. Will never go again in that pitiful trash place, hope they will close soon, there is plenty of honest people in this city, i suggest you to search better for your necessities.
