Issue: phone not chargin / turning on / wobbly contact.
2 identical phones in the household so easy to compare.

While picking up the phone for the 2nd time, the owner implied we broke the charging connector again by unplugging the cable correctly causing him to do the same work twice.

This was not the case we had not been able to use the phone at all after the initial repair and the contact felt loose on the very 1st plug-in attempt at home. While the other identical phone as well as our other phones using USB-C all worked fine using the same cables.

The way this was communicated while handing us the phone back left a bad taste and will be the reason for us not to use this store again.

It would however be unfair to give a low rating for this as the issue was in fact solved in the end.

Picking up the 1st time, I assumed everything was OK when the show owner pressed a button a the screen lit up.

While on my way I noticed the phone wouldn’t turn on properly and the screen kept going dark. It quickly went from 1% to 0% charge.
This is my own responsibility, as I was in a hurry I did not take the time to fully verify before leaving the store.

At home, I put the phone flat on the table and inserted the cable, the contact did not feel right it still seemed loose/wobbly like it did before the repair but at least the phone seemed to be charging now.
6 Hours later the phone had 4% charge.
The next day I was unable to turn the phone on properly it kept going off.

When I returned to the shop, the owner graciously agreed to have another look at it.
When I picked up the phone several days later the issue was indeed now fixed and the contact no longer felt loose when plugging in a cable.

This is the best phone repair shop in whole Kleve. My phone display broke and I got it replaced at the store. However due to manufacture fault it stopped working after one day. I went to the store and told what happened and the owner had no spare screens to fix it on a Friday. However he went out of his way to fix it with a semi cracked display till he gets the spare display on Monday so that I can at least take a call or reply to a message. Once the weekend was over I got my screen replaced and after three weeks of testing no issue has occurred yet. Fully satisfied with the customer service! Highly recommended!!

Hello, I was repairing my phone in July and now my phone doesnt work because of nothing. The new master who opened the phone said that 2 screws and a plate are missing. Also one of the screws is thread destroyed. I strongly advise NO ONE come to this shop and repair anything – you will pay more afterwards.
