Paid $198 to have my iPhone 11 fixed after dropping it in the water at Cedar Creek Falls. I was told the phone would be opened up and dried and that the screen may need to be replaced to regain full functionality. I thought the price was a bit high but figured it was better than having to buy a new phone.
I was happy with the service although it took a couple of days for the phone to work without powering off every 30 seconds or so and I found that the screen was replaced with a generic screen so there are a few functions which no longer work such as facial recognition and some camera issues.
Overall I think Happytel did a good job but it was expensive and I was not told the phone would be fixed with generic parts. This is something I should have asked about beforehand however so my bad.

Very good service, staff is helpful and understanding. Proce competitive. I got my phone screen fixed twice, one of which the case wasn’t sealed back properly.
I noticed it later and brought it back 2 months after the original repair, and they were happy to fix the issue without charge as they have 6 months guarantee.

I can’t say enough good things about the service here. I’ve been using them for 5 months now, I used to use a competitor at Pac Fair.
Not only do I get better service here, but they’re also cheaper for the same product, which is a bonus.
