I spent $50 on a phone case for my IPhone 14 and within a month of owning it the Matt black coating was peeling/chipping off the case and revealing a shiny/sparkly surface underneath. The lady there swapped it over for a new case but the same type and it has done the same thing.
I went back there to show her and ask for a refund or credit so that I could buy a new case that wouldn’t have this problem and she said I couldn’t get a credit…!

I don’t know how she thinks she can get away with selling a dodgy product but if this isn’t rectified then I will take this up with consumer affairs and report this company!
I went to Happytel Rockingham as my mobile phone was not charging fully & they quoted me $70.00 to fix it & would have to wait 2 weeks for a part, I was not happy with that quote so went to another place, which fixed it in 5 minutes for $15.00, strongly do not recommend this overpriced company.
I purchased a screen protector, the product was great quality. The customer service was excellent. I returned 6 months later to have my second screen protector installed with no extra charge and friendly service. I would highly recommend if you want great service and quality phone accessories.
