Sehr zu verlassig, ich vertraue den Inhaber Marco Hofrichter, meine Wunsche an und die werden zu 100% immer umgesetzt, bin sehr zufrieden auch was den Service nach dem Kauf betrifft, steht der Inhaber immer einem zur Seite und hilft freundlich und sehr Fachkompetent weiter. Von daher sind 5 Sterne noch zu wenig von mir gibt es 10 Sterne.
I went to Harcom to fix my computer’s screen before going back to France. The screen stopped woking 3 days later, plus the battery started to have problems (not the case in the first place). The next person to repare it told me that the screws of the screen had been damaged. Otherwise the owner was nice and accommodating.
No good konsultant and liarer. Two weeks waiting till restart new printer kasete and always say I call you. Today say: I dont have time to look, so we take after two weeks home us printer not restartet.
