Very happy with the service I have received from this shop. I needed a new screen as my iPhone 11 Pro screen had a black bubble in it. The shop repaired the screen and were friendly, accommodating, helpful, patient and offered excellent customer service. The manager/owner even advised not to replace the screen until I absolutely needed to which I thought was both honest and humble. Not money grabbing. Thankyou to a great business whom I would highly recommend. Would return to this business and have already started sharing such a good experience with family and friends. Harwoods deserve the fantastic reputation they have.
I recently went here after failing to buy a memory card for my phone at Curry’s – as there appeared to be none in stock and no staff available there to ask!
Someone had recommended this shop instead.

Went to a local shop to get a new phone as mine was on the blink… they were awful so walked over to harwoods and the treatment in there was great.
