Had my S20 screen fixed there last year. Was pretty happy with the work done. Cosmetically, it looked pretty good, but after the back peeled itself off due to a damaged battery, I’ve come across some annoying discoveries.

The good: Screen repair was completed (albeit later than quoted but it was done same day). Functioned as normal (aside from the speaker which I’ll get to).

Now…. the bad: you get what you pay for.

First: I suspect they reused the adhesive for the back cover. It doesn’t appear the surface was prepped like… at all when it was reattached as looking closely I can see debris in the adhesive and it was more than happy to let go with some gentle prying from my fingers.

Second: The battery was forced out. You’re supposed to apply isopropyl alcohol to dissolve the adhesive holding the battery in. This adhesive, too, appears to be reused as it was the easiest battery I’ve ever pulled out since they started glueing them in. This forcing out of the battery is likely what damaged it. Being a work phone, capacity is extremely important to me.

Third: One of the screws is cross-threaded and stripped to the point of being unable to remove it without getting ‘creative’.
EDIT: After trying a rubber band and super gluing my screwdriver to the screw and failing, I now have to purchase a screw extractor set and pray that even works.

Fourth: Immediately upon receiving my phone, the loudspeaker has had such issues that I ended up buying a new phone since callers couldn’t hear me and the volume fluctuated the the point of being a nuisance, or being unable to hear notifications at all. This includes alarms.

I see a lot of good reviews… a friend even recommended… just my luck maybe but I had the worst experience. I phones and asked for estimated time repair, 1/2 day I was told. Well I dropped it off on a Thursday to be picked up the following Tuesday. I show up after work to grab the phone… 5 days later… they haven’t touched it… the guy at the front is so stoned he thinks I sold him my phone… whatever, they took and hour more fixing it… couldn’t put a screen protector on to save their life… yeah I still need one… the screws on the outside aren’t even screwed down all the way… unreal… I went here to support local, I wouldn’t trust these guys to wash my toilet… do better

The owner was extremely helpful even went above for me, I dropped off a phone which had.a broken screen and something was jammed into the sim card tray!! Unfortunately he couldn’t extract what was jammed into it, so upon pick up not only did he replace everything on my old phone free of charge he also gave me an upgrade once again free of charge!! I didn’t ask he just wanted to very nice guy and locally there’s not very many people who’d do what he did at no cost THX AGAIN!!!!
