I needed help with my television had been told by another company it wasn’t worth fixing (not what I wanted to hear) I posted on social media for help and Heanor phones commented the best decision as not only were they helpful with information they also sorted the issue and had our television fixed within days alot less time we was expecting so grateful. Lovely friendly polite staff they were up for the challenge thankfully. I’d highly recommend

Had a water damaged phone was told by a previous shop in heanor it couldn’t be done,..no problem for heanor phones.
Also had a hard drive issue with a CCTV system, now sorted & back up and running better then ever, give this place a try if your in need of phone repairs or tech issues. Top service would highly recommend. Thanks for the great work you did for me.

Had my iPhone 11 Pro screen replaced and the price was very reasonable, left phone with them and returned half an hour later to pick up. I needed to go back after a couple of months for a minor issue that was quickly and efficiently sorted without any sort of drama . I think it’s a better test if a shop how they deal with any problems and they passed this test with flying colours .
