Rude, aggressive & no concern for customers.
For example; if you have a camera protected fitted & the next day it falls off some how somehow subsequently that is you’re fault..
I took it in my at first opportunity which was about 5/8 days later.

Clearly had more unhappy customers come back recently & it’s got to him as he shouted, swore & cleared me out of the shop saying he will call the police..
Does not have a great social understanding or any courtesy.
Refused to comply with warranty regulations.
Poor experience shared that the charger I purchased from store was over heating and causing issues with my phone charging. I just got the issue is my phone even though I have a brand new Samsung and I have 2 other chargers that work perfectly fine. As from the photos the charger has nearly set my plug socket alight and it tripped my electrics. Would not use the store again.
Sent my 13yr old into the shop with his smashed iPhone 12. Being fixed at a good price and fast. Meanwhile he’s left with a temporary phone supplied by the shop. Can’t beat that for service. Thank you.
