Absolutely outstanding service. I took my son’s PS5 remote control handset in to Hep I’ve Broken It due to stick drift (controller becomes inaccurate and basically broken!). They provided me with advice that a new part was incoming that would be more reliable and an improvement and therefore to hold off. A week or so latter I brought it in. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it within a few days. The price was great value and it is as good as new. Very glad I didn’t try a DIY job as it wouldn’t have solved the issue and could have cost a lot more. I would recommend to all and it is a local business that care about their customers. Finally, this is an unsolicited review.

This bloke is a legend. Lots of people ask for reviews but very few deserve them as much as Steve. He has fixed laptops, phones and even my clippers for me. What had been a growing problem for charging my phone was a 5 minute fix for him. I was already looking at a new phone as I thought my old one was gone to the great recycler in the sky – 5 minutes under his torch and deft touch, along with some good advice and it’s as good as new. Never had such good service from an electronics repairer – if you’re not sure – bring it to him and I’m sure he will help. Thanks again Steve ! Love your work

I have been using this company for my repairs on many devices for the last 6 years. I have had nothing but open and honest conversations, I have also brought devices off of Steve. I have now moved away and tbh I have tried locals but I don’t get the same service. I send my device recorded delivery to which Steve and the guys fix ASAP and send back asap. Prices are very competitive as long as the service! Thanks for you being you!! and no doubt see you soon xx
