I have an 8 year old desktop Mac and the hard drive was failing, causing lots of delays and not allowing standard updates. I contacted Hero to help. They took the Mac away and installed a new hard drive, in a matter of days. The service received was fantastic! I can not fault the team. They ensured everything was backed up correctly before taking it and then upon return, made sure everything was still there and that ‘I was happy’. My Mac is like a new machine, fast and efficient. I rarely if ever write reviews but the reaction to my problem by this company exceeded all hopes and expectations. I fully anticipated an horendous bill and a lengthy wait to get my Lapbook Pro up and running again. After a ten minute phone call and instructions from Stewart the problem was solved and rectified. As an ex owner of a servicing company I was aware of all the potential there is to expand the problem. Here was the polar oposite, a company with integrity and a desire to provide good service above all. I cannot recomend highly enough.

The ports on a MacBook Pro I use at work had stopped working down one side. It was a 2019 model and I knew that Apple’s repair options would be limited and expensive since it was out of warranty. I took it to Hero and they opened up my Mac, cleaned the ports, and reseated them. Like magic, everything was working again. Very efficient! I dropped my MacBook off on Monday and had it back a couple of days later, fully working. Amazing job. I will definitely be coming back with any more poorly Macs in the future!
