Our Iphone 13 crashed when we tried to do a software update. Took it to the Apple Store who blamed a small crack on the back of the phone and said it would cost PS400 to fix that and the software issue. We went to the Hertford Phone Surgery (who we’ve used before for a new screen) and they were able to fix the software issue and charged PS25. The small crack on the back of the phone had nothing to do with the issue .. as Apple had said and had wanted to charge us for!!! Absolutely recommend these guys .. so knowledgeable and friendly .. and not a rip off like Apple!!!

Absolutely brilliant! Great customer service, super friendly and genuine. Sorted out terrible water damage on my phone, new screen and etc. Can’t believe they managed it, not to mention they charged a really fair price and a 12 month warranty!
After a bad experience at a different phone shop who wouldn’t fix my phone and charged the earth for a bodge job, it was really reassuring to find these guys and also to get my phone back as good as new!

After looking around online for refurbished iPhones I thought I’d drop Hertford Phone Surgery a line to see if they could help.

I don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner. They had exactly what I wanted, in better condition than I’d found online (at a well known refurbished selling ‘market’) and at a better price too.

I’ll definitely be using the Phone Surgery again!
