Our Samsung TV stopped working this week so engaged with Hertford TV. They told me if I brought it along and paid a PS40 fee it would be looked at to diagnose issue and repair options and that PS40 fee would be deducted from the final price. Turns out the PCB had failed and a replacement was offered for a satisfactory price. Only just got the TV back so all good so far. Only disappointment was that the guarantee on the new part is only 3 months. Was advised that this is the standard for manufacturers. Overall, a friendly and professional service and would definitely recommend and definitely go back if needed again.

Booked a call out with Hertford TV / Aerial Services to check my Freesat on the 21st March 2019, AM. Phoned at 13:30 to ask what has happened as no one had called and I had not heard from them. I was told they had a problem on a previous job and were running late but they were in my area and would get to me later in the day. Waited in all day no one called and Hertford TV / Aerial didn’t even have to decency to call me to apologise or re-book the appointment.
Will never use them again terrible customer service.

Absolutely brilliant! I took my LG OLED TV in to repair a fault where the picture upon my unit would stop after a couple of hours. Hertford TV were able to diagnose and replace a faulty power board upon my TV. It works fab! Now. Excellent, friendly service and a quick turnaround. Big thanks to the team at Hertford TV.
