A few weeks ago I dropped of a TV which I really cared about for repair. Very friendly service and a decent price. It took just a few days to have it repaired and it was a nice experience because the Hetztronics team provided updates during the entire process: diagnostics, ordering the part, having it delivered when the repair is carried out… etc. And they were also flexible for the pick-up hours. So far so good, TV is working and glad I found them for the repairs.
Terrible, dodgy service, no human interaction, no T&C, dropped my projector & PS20 deposit to a place/lady, no door bell no receipt. Was told will send via email. Was given a quote on WhatsApp, I agreed, then told pick it up, I cant/wont fix it and no deposit refund, which should be refunded if they cant fix or wont, doesn’t answer calls, texts. Very rude. Took over 2 weeks to get my projector back, still not sure if they have messed it up inside. STAY AWAY
I couldn’t find any one that could fix my mixer,and the few that I find wanted a fee off PS50 just to look at it until I found this guy which I contacted him. Tell him what was wrong with it. He just said send it up to him which I did and within three days it was working he even sent a video showing that it’s working that was so cool can’t recommend him enough .
