Ich hatte einen Fernseher gekauft und erhielt anschliessend (ein Tag spater) eine E-Mail, in der mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass angeblich ein Fehler beim Preis unterlaufen sei und man mir den Fernseher zu diesem Preis nicht verkaufen konne. Man versprach mir, ein alternatives Angebot zu unterbreiten, das ich jedoch nie erhalten habe. Das Geld wurde trotzdem von meinem Konto abgebucht, und auf eine Ruckerstattung warte ich bis heute.
Ein solches Verhalten empfinde ich als ausserst unprofessionell – so etwas ist mir bisher noch nie passiert. Offensichtlich scheint es in diesem Shop ofter zu ungewohnlichen Vorkommnissen zu kommen, wie man auch an den Erfahrungen meiner Vorredner erkennen kann.

The best advice in the whole of Darmstadt for home entertainment! Don’t forget to BUY THERE instead of being tight and saving 3 euros by buying online. Good, local advice and premium quality is worth the money spent!
