Last year I fixed my laptop there. Despite asking them many many times to not to wipe all my data, i still got my laptop back with nothing. i genuinely thought they did their best job to try. They also installed a new window and charge me PS60, but actually they gave me a trial window licence and now it expires and I need to buy new licence again. They just scammed me.

Great service. Took my phone (Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo) in with broken LCD. Despite them having to order the screen for this phone, I still had it back fully fixed 48 hours later. Seemed decent value too, and staff all friendly and helpful. Also their relatively long opening hours make it easy to go before or after work! Impressed!
