I recently had cause to visit Hobart Computer repairs and for the second time I was able to have my data recovered from a drive that I could not access. The cause of the problem was complete of my doing, and I was more than apprehensive in the likelihood of ANY recovery. BUT- Josh – was able to save the day and the turnaround service was outstanding. I believe we achieved a high level – of data recovery- I would guess 100% as I seem to have all that I thought I had prior to my visit- I can only say that both times of my challenge, Josh has made a remarkable recovery and I cannot express how grateful I am- as my disk contains my archive of 35 years family history, docs and photos. On Josh’s advice I am currently making an alternative backup to a third device – as I should have done previously but was just a bit overconfident. Josh is a very professional and amiable bloke and he s deserves all the acumen that his business generates. It really is a privilege to know that we have such talent easily available and well priced. i hope I dont need his service again, but If I do, I would go there in a heartbeat. Well done Josh and
