HCS upgraded the HDD in my old sluggish XPS 8900 to an SSD recently. This had made a huge difference to the speed and performance, extending the life of my machine for a couple more years. They also reconnected the old HDD to use as additional internal storage which has been very useful.
Just a few days ago HCS helped me over the phone to resolve another problem, saving me a lot of time.

I cannot thank Malcolm highly enough for the repair ( over the weekend !!!!) that he did on my laptop. This thing was 17 years old and wouldn’t start up in less than 45 mins , and was riddled in malware.
