After having a real panic when my pc seemingly died a friend gave me the number to contact roger, I was wary I mean you never know BUT all my fears disappeared Roger let me ramble on with how I’d tried this and that, then calmly said he knew what needed doing … gave me the all in price up front and we arranged to him to come round , such a nice guy ..made big fuss of my dog so that he would just settle and got on with my pc … now don’t ask me the details as I just left him to it,I couldn’t believe how quickly he said ..” come & have a look and I’ll talk you though everything ” all I know is the items I thought I had lost forever were there safely in folders … the whole system ran faster and I could breathe a sigh of relief.

After two days of trying various ideas, we gave up on salvaging anything from the wreck and old age won the day.
Roger then came up with a new one for me which has proved to be a winner. I now have a fast-running, functional computer for a price which suited my pocket. He did not charge for installing it and I am delighted with all aspects of it.
This guy knows his stuff, is so hospitable and accommodating. I have no hesitation in recommending him for his excellent service.

Can not fault the service received! After searching for someone to do a laptop repair, I was really happy to find a local business to support. A massive thank you to Roger who managed to repair my laptop for me very quickly. A laptop that was running very slow. With a disk change it is now very quick. I can now continue to do my work without issues. Roger is very friendly and reliable. I would highly recommend for your needs of repairs!
