I dropped my equipment off. Paid PS20 upfront for him to service my mixer and replace the cross fader. I was quoted PS70 minus the PS20 I had already paid.

He Had it for at least 3 months. Then all of a sudden told me he couldn’t find a replacement cross fader, but he had serviced the rest of the mixer.

All of a sudden he was in a real rush to get me to collect my mixer and pay another PS60 (when i was only quoted PS70 including the new cross fader).

I got my mixer home and guess what, it had not been serviced and the equaliser doesn’t work on channel 2.

I’ve messaged him. But not even the decency for a reply.

No doubt I will get a response after I post this review.

Avoid this guy at all costs.

Repaired broken TV and has been working better than ever! Left the TV with him and deposit. It was agreed he would call to give a quote, but instead called to say he fixed it and what the price was for it. Apart from that, the TV works great and was even packaged back the way we gave it to him.

Just used David Strangleman & Son at Home Entertainment Services to fix 3D Samsung TV. I can highly recommend this service, quote and repair carried out promptly and professionally, extremely helpful people. Really pleased with repair as like a new TV.
