John was recommended to my by a friend who had used his services to get her computer up and running again. I am so glad she did, as John was excellent at fixing my laptop too. He is friendly and speaks at a computer level I understand. His service was quick and extremely cost efficient. I am not even sure what I did to corrupt ALL the files on my computer! Yet, somehow John the expert sat me down and we worked together for about an hour and got my computer in full functioning again! He is an amazing expert! On top of his more than reasonable fee I was glad to also treat him with a coffee (DD) and a muffin! He is the best!
Had a crash that I suspected was catastrophic. Took it to Jon and by some miracle he got it to work and saved all my data. Replaced the hard drive and only charged me $250. And he transferred all the data at no charge. Can’t say how great he was.
