Excellent service from start to finish. I called Carl on Wednesday. He have me the appropriate advice when he arrived but also spoke to me before his initial visit. I could have delayed the repair but decided to go ahead straight away….He came confirmed what needed doing (he even messaged to say he had arrived outside). There was a new drive needed to order even so, from start to finish initial call to completion only two days and the all-in-one was taken away and delivered back to my home. Carl went through the changes and ensured and cared that I was happy with the work etc.

Carl was excellent from start to finish, with a relatively tricky laptop screen replacement job. He was very informative from the start and responded quickly and thoroughly to any questions I had. The laptop was collected and the job was turned around quickly. Carl has returned the laptop to me looking as good as new!

Fantastic service! Carl was excellent in dealing quickly and effectively with my laptop (which had a faulty charging port) and keeping me updated on his progress while he had it. It was brilliant to have it picked up and dropped off from my home, too. I’d highly recommend this service, and am sure it will be my go-to in the future!
