Asked for a quote. I expected to be told a load of nonsense hidden under jargon and an attempt at ripping me off.
I got an actual answer that has potentially saved me hundreds and definitely saved the stress.
And that answer actually would have lost the business money, but next time I need a white good sorting I know who to call.
First class service at a very reasonable cost. My tumble dryer stopped working this morning, I called Hometech and Paul was here just before lunchtime…also today! Fixed the issue and it’s now working! The company we insure it with couldn’t get here until 22nd December! Nearly had a tantrum! Hometech saved the day!
