Have used them before in Pimlico. They have seemed capable but always seem to be doing things in a rush – customer service isn’t their strong point. In March I left my MacbookPro and an Apple Mac in for repair. I gave clear instructions that they should wipe the Apple Mac, but they wiped the MacbookPro instead. A lot of my stuff was backed-up but not everything as I had not intended for it to be wiped. I lost a lot of personal memories that I will never recover.

I then asked for support as some of the software wouldn’t run properly as a result of the newly installed OS and I’ve been ignored. As I say, poor customer service.

Amazing service at a reasonable price. I needed the battery replaced for my MacBook Air (had it for almost 10 years) but after calling around several repair shops, they all said they didnt have a battery for my laptop as it is considered ‘vintage’ and battery parts for it would be super rare. Called Honeylight and to my surprise, they said they had one! I arrived the next day and they replaced it within 25 mins and it is as good as new now. Thank you so much, saved me from having to buy a new laptop!

Absolutely brilliant company! I had a problem with sticky key on my MacBook Pro, so took it to HoneyLight Computers. To my surprise, not only they replaced the key, but they’ve also replaced the battery and the entire keyboard / touchpad at no cost (all under quality warranty program). I feel like I have a brand new computer now. Absolutely amazing and would highly recommend them!
