Genuinely the worst repair shop i’ve ever been to. If i could rate 0 stars i would. They held onto my laptop for 3 weeks, in which i attempted 5 separate times to retrieve it after being informed it was ready. When it was finally returned to me, after i had waited for 8 hours outside the shop two days before, the man tried to sell me a different used laptop. Following this, I took the laptop to a different repair shop, who upon inspection, informed me that the employees of Honeylight Computers LTD had covered the entire internals of my laptop in thermal paste. Whilst waiting outside the shop in the days prior, i spoke to another man who had experienced extreme difficulty with this poor excuse for business. Futheremore, on the shop’s glass there is a faded imprint where the sticker for ‘authorised apple repair store’ used to be, this indicates that Apple found them to not be of a sufficient quality to repair their products. This review will likely be covered up by a slurry of fake reviews posted by the owners and their cohorts, however i truly implore you to heed my warning.

I needed the battery replaced on my iPhone X and couldn’t be without it for the time it would take to send it away for repair. Honeylight in Wandsworth have a walk in service and they replaced the battery, mended a fault in the microphone at no extra charge and had it back to me in 3 hours. Their technician was superb and also advised me on repairs to my computer. It’s an Apple Authorised company and uses genuine parts so I’ll be taking all my Apple products there in future. I recommend them highly without reservation.

Extremely pleasant service all round. I called up one day about getting a replacement battery for my MacBook Air, and the following morning I took it in. Half an hour later I had a cleaned and functioning laptop. They were recommended to me by Apple so I was confident I would get an authentic battery. (I have had bad experiences with cheap alternative batteries in the past, causing a fire in one instance). The person who served me was very friendly and I would highly recommend this company.
