I couldn’t be more pleased – friendly, fast and knowledgeable service. I needed the screen repaired and battery replaced on my iPod Touch. Apple doesn’t make iPod Touch any more. No problem, the repairs were done within 48 hours! I will not hesitate to recommend Hotspot to any friend in need of repairs. Five stars!
The owner replaced my screen a couple of weeks ago. I brought it back and he took the time to trouble shoot the issues and resolved it. Turns out it was an settings issue created by me as a User, not a screen issue.
He was very patient and kind, and was not out to gouge or up-sale me.
