I went there to check what they could offer in terms of custom-built PC, and not only did they have what I specifically asked for (if I really wanted it), but also they made suggestions on how to improve on the build recommended by my friends for better value and reliability without sacrificing too much on performance (to stay within my budget). They were honest where they could not price-match online retailers, but went out of their way to fit my budget with comparable components they had better prices for. While they did charge me PS100 for the assembling and installing, in the end the price was similar to what I would have got online (they even checked the quote & receipt multiple time to make sure they had not overcharged me), but I did not have to build it myself, got it on the same day and can bring the PC back to them for a year to fix any issue. I really feel like they spent a lot of time talking to me to answer my questions and help me understand the differences between all the available products. The PC works like a charm for the games I play. Other places I had checked before would just robotically follow my list and give me a take-it-or-leave-it quote just to make a quick sale (and even sometimes offer free assembling), only replacing the components they didn’t have with the closest alternative they did have.
