Very pleasant experience! My phone looks like a new one! There was a little delay because of a technical issue, but the staff was so nice to me, they did everything so that I felt they really care for their customers: they explained everything and answered all my questions, they offered me a phone as a replacement while mine was there, they gave me a discount and installed a screen protector for free 🙂 If I have to be back (although I hope I won’t destroy anything again the way I did it with my phone haha), it will be definitely you! Everything was done in a timely manner, had been corresponding with the retailer for about a week, they ordered the screen replacement I needed, fixed it in a matter of hours and generally left me with a great perspective of their work practices. Definitely a recommendation!
