Did a part of the job, took my money, and did not support fixing the issue. I requested a 16gb RAM upgrade for my laptop, and got 4gb. Apparently, Jesse heard 8gb, and installed 2x 4gb RAM Sims, but did not activate the second sim through the BIOS, leaving me to figure it out on my own.

He did offer to fix his mistakes, but would have to charge me more money. Yeah. Nope!

Do not use, call or expect assistance through this mickey-mouse operation. You will be disappointed, that is the only promise this “business” offers. Save yourself the trouble, please!.

One star is one too many, as this was a zero star service.

Also, wrong Jesse. You did not upgrade at all. You downgraded, and cost me money. The machine is capable of my request, I researched it. Nice try though.

II have nothing but good things to say about this company. He took my computer in right away, backed it up, cleaned it off and re installed all of the programs that I had access to, in less then 5 hours. Amazing job. Couldn’t be happier. I own my own company and having the availability of a quality tech person at a moments notice is extremely important. Especially in the type of company I own. I, myself, have owned my own computer business in the past. I know that being part of a company such as IT consulting really has nothing to do with computers, and I know that Jesse
@ huber Repair has done the best job and sold the best quality items. Kudos to a local company who treats his clients with absolute respect.

I own cut throat customs on the Westside, Jess came after hours to fix my old pile of s#it laptop, pretty sure it’s faster then brand new, I’m a mechanic not a computer tech…. Greatly appreciate him helping me out so fast. He even explained to me the issues with it, most of which I didn’t understand lol but thanks man. Still might get that ssd upgrade you were talking about.
