Absolutely shocking place this is the second time I’ve trusted this company to try and help with apple products I took I phone 8 in for a screen replacement and had to wait over a fortnight for it to be fixed took my number said they’d let me no when it’s ready no call in the end I had to phone and then be told yes it’ll be here tomorrow or you can pick it up yourself from Nottingham I’ve also took a iPad series 9 with screen issues was looked at and the person behind the counter said yes it’s the lcd screen he told me how much it would cost to repair so again it took my number I’ll give you a call when it’s back it came back no call again I had to go in again myself payed and walked home and started it up the screen was worse than when it went in I took it back and was told it wasn’t the screen and it wasn’t explained when it was brought in I said I toook video of it and showed you the problem he then said it would have to go back and be looked at again so again it went away said because of bank holiday it would be 2 weeks again so it went away and it came back with the response of it might be ok for a short time but it could happen again then I was told I needed to pay another PS150 if it does happen again I took it home again and my daughter was so happy to have it back she turned it on and started an app and yes it started flickering and lines were back again I phoned the number online and the gentleman said he was so sorry and he’d order me a new screen and I could be there when it was being put on and he’d give me a discount for the inconvenience he then took my number and said I’ll ring you when it’s come in YES you can guess NO CALL still waiting 2 weeks it’s been now
