I was helped today by young gentleman called Benjamin. Great customer service. I asked him if it’s possible to deliver hoover from Norwich branch to Bury one as no delivery was possible nor they had it in Bury St Edmunds. He called the other shop, sorted out my customer account and promptly order it to be delivered in few days to Bury branch. I’m very satisfied with this store in general. Always respectful and kind employees, all queries resolved as quickly as possible so I returned there multiple times to purchase house items. Can’t day anything wrong about this store.
We came into Hughes with a unique request and wasn’t sure it was possible. We were looked after by a couple of store colleagues who were extremely knowledgeable and very professional but i have to mention Steve the sales manager. He was superb. He listened to our needs, made a few recommendations and got the best deals possible. Having spent years using the big retail stores I now know what proper customer service is. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Hughes. Try them! You won’t regret it – we certainly haven’t.
Long time google user, first time reviewer. Wow, the customer service in this shop is AMAZING! I only went in to buy a HDMI cable and the wonderful staff were so kind. They asked if me if I wanted help, they showed me where the cables were and explained the different types. Very friendly team!
The shop itself is bigger than I thought it would be. They sell radios, vacuums, kettles, TVs and much more. Very impressive customer service!
