Happy to rent people various items & take their money – not happy to help when those items go wrong!
Washing machine has been playing up. I visited AND phoned store to report the issues. An “engineer” came out to look try resolve the issues & only unblocked something. Didn’t really listen to concerns at all. Washing machine still not completely right. I’ve also had to visit a laundrette to get clothing washed!

Please think twice before renting anything from these people!
Every experience I’ve had there has been great, whether when buying things like our new TV to a new toaster. Not pushy when it comes to trying to sell you stuff you don’t need and extremely knowledgeable/informative. Wayne and Lawrence who work there are top notch. So are all the other staff I’ve encountered.
The store is nicely accessible and close to public transport.
