Headline | Shop & Breakdown Staff had excellent customer service, very helpful and supportive with their knowledge | Prices have increased dramatically since we last upgraded, so we need to consider our options.

Washing machines and tumble dryers now range from PS30 – PS40 each per month (PS60 – PS80 for the pair) to hire, but you can buy a brand new machine for like PS400 each, so basically the cost of 10 months hire. Sure, this racio is out of sync, with 10 months. Hughes are making a profit, and if it went wrong, the machine would still be under warranty, so there is no real risk for them.

I’m still not sure what we plan to do

Not the best on this visit. A very hot day and the service reflected it today. Looking for a washing machine machine and wanted to avoid hotpot. I had found a deal with local competitor but while service was offered it was very lack lustre. I had recently bought a TV and mum and dad had just replaced their tumble drier. It was only after explaining I was repeat customer that any effort was made. It was frustrating interaction. It would have been difficult to beat the bargain I got elsewhere but the service should be no competition and sadly it off.

I wish I could leave 6 stars. From the sales team at King’s Lynn to the delivery this morning, I have been pleasantly surprised at the service. Ordering instore was so easy, all my queries were answered and the delivery date was quick . The delivery lads were also friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I appreciated the text, the day before delivery, giving me a 2 hour delivery slot. The text on the day was spot on for delivery time. Thank you Hughes.
