What a comparison!!

Went to Currys originally to purchase a fridge freezer (there and then!). We were completely ignored for 40+mins while we were browsing, plenty of staff walked past us without even as much as a simple “hello”. When we eventually did require some assistance we asked someone who said they would get someone for us… 15mins later we walked out. No one even acknowledged us on the way out of the store either.

On our way home, we made the fantastic decision to pop into Hughes.
Absolute night and day difference when we entered!
We were immediately greeted by Peter, who kindly welcomed us in and asked us to let him know if we needed help and let us browse in peace.
Upon finding the same fridge freezer we saw in Currys, we asked Peter for his advice. Peter then displayed his knowledge and incredible customer service skills.
He was also open and honest about the comparison of the two products we were interested in.
Despite holding up the team a few minutes past closing (we didn’t realise the time!) he did not rush us and let us complete the transaction before they locked up for the day.

Many thanks again for your wonderful service Peter and showing Currys that they are little to no competition to you company!

Ask about the returns policy when you buy something here. My kettle developed a fault and I was told to take it up with the manufacturer. (They are replacing it but I’ve had all the hassle of posting the faulty one back and waiting for new one to be delivered) Rubbish customer service. Should have been told this when I bought it.

We have used the Hughes Smart team on a number of occasions and can not fault them both in their pre-sales consultation service, through the install period and then post installation with tweaks and adjustments as these type of installs always require. Great team and a pleasure to work with, we can not recommend enough.
