Spencer was extremely accommodating, polite, and knowledgeable and went the extra mile with the purchase of a TV suitable for PC gaming. Spencer had a deep knowledge of the televisions being sold, something which is very rare in my experience. I would have no hesitation in saying that Spencer is a credit to Hughes and should be regarded as a highly valued member of staff.
Excellent service, and I’m very pleased with my new Sony Bravia 55″ 4K television. Tina was incredibly helpful, and clearly explained the benefits of each of the options available. The details of my 5 year warranty came through a few days later as promised. Strongly recommend Hughes, and the Thetford Store!
