My 92 year old housebound mother couldn’t access her favourite channel and Martin from Hughes in Clacton on Sea cycled round to her immediately to sort it out. The service department were not going to come out for another two days. This was the best service we have ever had from them.
Chris and Martin have been the best customer service personalities my husband and l have yet encountered. Cannot praise them enough for their empathy and knowledge.
