My wife and I have recently moved to the area and require various electrical items, such as dish washer, cooker and tumble dryer, so we decided to go to Hughes, we were attended to by Jade who we both said were very impressed with her exceptional knowledge of all the items she showed us and requirements of each item in the installation process, and lead times for ordering and delivery. I will say as well as Jade, her manager was also very good. I would have no qualms about recommending Hughes of Fakenham for any electrical item over the bigger shops.

We visited the Fakenham Store on 18th August and had the pleasure of being served by Neil. He was knowledgeable about the two items we purchased, without even having to look up the items. He was extremely friendly and efficient. He acknowledge us when we entered the store, and offered help and didn’t push or pester us. When we then approached him he looked up previous purchases and built a very good report with my mother. Thank you Neil, we will know where to come if we need anything else. Sorry we can’t give you more than 5 stars.

Haven’t shopped here myself but my parents in law bought a tv and sung the praises of the person who helped them with their purchase. Made everything very easy, explained all the tech in non-jargon language. They were very happy they chose this place over a bigger chain that rhymes with ‘Tom Blewis’. Great service and installation help.
