Brought in my chunky gaming laptop that is now used for non gaming purposes by my partner, as it suddenly stopped turning on and also had some other minor issues lurking in the background. Had a little look myself but taking laptops apart and prodding about is not something I feel comfortable with, found Hull computers online and saw they had a lot more reviews than anyone else and they were all 5* so gave them a go. No regrets at all, extremely professional, diagnosed the issue, kept me in the loop and provided all of the needed information to make informed decisions on next steps. A thorough and well needed clean was provided, in fact the laptop feels like it has been waxed and polished, certainly has a gleam to it that I’ve not seen in a few years.

I just had to leave a review… So I doused my PC with water and found Hull Computers on Google. There were no promises made that my PC will be alive as it depends on how bad the damage is etc, but let me tell you… My PC is alive. All cleaned up, wires tidied up, all components tested and I swear it works even better and quieter now. The guy is very good, seems to know his stuff and moreover seems to genuinely enjoy what he does. The work on my PC was carried out as quickly as physically possible. The price for the level of service and care is more than reasonable. I will certainly be returning and referring my friends here. Excellent work. 10/10. Thank you very much!!!

Highly recommended. I had some problems with my work laptop and Lee was able to solve numerous issues, getting it back working better than before.

This is the first time I used Hull Computers and I was a bit sceptical after seeing perfect 5 star review scores, especially after trying other repair shops and having bad experiences. But I was pleasantly shocked at the difference. Lee was very professional and kept me in the loop throughout, the repairs on this occasion were completed quickly within a few days.

The cost was very reasonable also, 100% will use again if needed.
