Poor customer service. My laptop (MacAir) was given to the shop for fixation, and they kept it for 2 weeks with no updates, and then they said they can’t fix it. The shop charged me PS25 and their diagnosis was faulty motherboard, which is very unspefic. I am very unhappy for the whole experience and for charging me PS25 for doing nothing. The laptop has missing screws, god knows about the parts inside. I don’t recommend this place for family and friends, and i had a very poor experience.
Sometimes They Actually Do A Decent Job With Laptop Chargers But Recently I Tried To Figure Out Why My Laptop Was Not Charging.
They Said I Should Get A New Battery But I Put The Old Charger I Bought A Replacement For And It Started Charging Again After I Literally Kept Pointing Out It Needs A Certain Type Of Charger That It Only Accepts. TLDR Told Me To Buy A Replacement Battery Instead Of Literally Trying A Brand Charger Which Fixes The Problem

My computer spoilt and I needed it repaired urgently. I received a very prompt service and got a new affordable computer in very good time. The staffs looked after me very well. Thank you very much
