I can’t rate too highly my two experiences of being helped by David and Ian at I Love My PC. The first, two years ago, involved advising my technophobic wife on her move from computer to laptop and pointing out to me that I didn’t need to replace my laptop, they could upgrade it. Particularly useful was the guidance, given the level of our device use, to buy, not lease, Microsoft software. Just recently, Ian has patiently sorted out the stupid click I managed which caused my Outlook files to disappear. I particularly appreciated how he discussed with me over several visits which of my and my wife’s Outlook backups could reinstate my Outlook in full. And didn’t say “that’ll mean more work and time, it’ll cost more”. For him and David, this was all part of the original job. I’ve been telling all my friends about my contacts with I Love My PC, often hearing back my own praise. They’re definitely recommended by us.

I thought I had fully broken my 2 week old PC when trying to reroute a fan inside. It was 4pm on a Saturday and I desperately called around local stores to get a diagnosis.

I Love My PC were more than happy to take a look at the PC instore, at no charge! They were excellent on the phone and I thought at the very least I’ll know what the problem was, even if it was fully dead.

After about 2 minutes of them looking at it, they clearly saw a cable had slipped loose. That was quickly rectified and then just to be safe they tested the system round the back to make sure it all booted fine.

Honestly these guys have saved me PS in potential diagnostics from others who might have charged just for looking. I offered some money as I was extremely grateful but they politely refused.

There aren’t many businesses like this anymore on the high street. Very happy to go back again when needed. Thank you.

Excellent customer service, helpful advice, reasonable prices that are explained. Friendly and helpful phone service when I rang up and very well explained advice when choosing a laptop in store. I know nothing about computers and both on the phone and in store customer service was excellent, friendly, and explained the real world application of the different specs for me. I ended up with the perfect laptop for what I needed and have found no difficulties at all with it. After trying another second hand laptop store in Bristol and having issues with the laptop and unfriendly customer service it was a relief to find this one! Highly, highly recommend.
