AVOID! FIXED MY PHONE WITH A NON GENUINE SAMSUNG SCREEN! I went back 2 weeks later as my screen started to get a green line on it ever since I had it repaired. At first it wasn’t very visible but within a few days it had gotten worse. I took the receipt back and had called them a few days prior to going back. I asked them can they fix it. They said yes as its still under warranty (3 months) when I got there they blamed me and said it was my own damage? Bearing in mind I had been super careful after just paying PS200 to get it fixed!! IF had dropped/damaged the phone then the entire screen would be damaged NOT just the bottom bit. Safe to say I won’t be returning there and will be advising everyone I know not to go there!! I will however be taking this further as I believe they had used a faulty screen to begin with.

A great experience with comprehensive advice for my new phone screen and a great price offered initially! I back tracked on my decision as the screen protecter having a matte finish due to my inexperience with any new phones after 2019 lol I went back the next day to get a different screen protector and they hadn’t charged me a single penny as it was an honest mistake! Thank you brother Sajid for his impartial service and kindness will be coming back for more screen protectors and device advice also recommended a beautiful phone case with camera protection on my brand new iPhone 15 pro 10/10

I recently bought a charger from I Mend Gadgets, and it turned out to be completely different from what I expected. I returned the next day to request a refund, but the staff refused to accommodate my request. Instead, they provided me with a cheap knockoff charger as a replacement. The overall experience was very disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone looking for quality products and customer service.
