Always an excellent, honest, and friendly service from Tom at I.Tech Eccleshall. Tom is very knowledgeable on anything you throw at him, he always gives you rounded advice and never takes you down a single path. On all hardware he gives you different options for prices, but going with his recommendations you get quality kit that is well known in the industry as high quality, so you have confidence that it is going to last. Tom is our go to IT chap, and wouldn’t hesitate recommending anyone to use his services!
Tom came in to sort our network out at home with new black discs and getting mine and my other half’s laptops to print to each others’ printers, without faffing about having to change to the printer wifi. My speed is now 110mbps and we’ve both saved so much time already being able to automatically print things!
Tom knows his stuff (I have a Mac), he’s great to deal with and very reasonably priced! If I could give more stars I would! Highly recommended.
I can’t praise the service that I got from Tom highly enough. He brought back my PC from the dead after it fell out in a big way with its electricity supply. Service was exemplary and swift. Tom is a nice bloke and explains simply and clearly what has gone wrong and how he will put it right. Absolutely my first port of call in any future computer problem. Thank you so much, Tom!
