Very poor customer service. Phone protector applied in store by staff. Protector fitted poorly with large bubbles under screen. Shop worker advised that it should resolve it self but if it doesn’t resolve, I should return to the store and he will re-do it. He advised that receipt not needed. Large air bubble under screen persisted and returned to store to be told that it can’t be replaced without a receipt and I should come in another day when the original person who fitted the screen protector is available.
Went into shop today to sell a Galaxy J5 and Galaxy S6. I know these are old phones but they were in good condition. The shop owner was very helpful and polite and offered a fair price for the phones which saved a lot of hassle trying to sell them online.
