Agreed to replace my phone screen with an original. Twice they put a cheap replacement screen on which blocked my phone display. They offered to refund PS30 out of the PS120 I had paid. Within a day, cracks had appeared on the screen. Rubbish product and lacking integrity. Go elsewhere for phone repair, else you might end up with a rubbish cheap phone screen. Also, when they were in the process of repairing my phone, they called asking for my password to “check the phone screen” as if the screen can’t be seen without unlocking the phone. The phone screen contrast is terrible and I will have to get a new one. Utter waste of time and money.

I just had my iPad repaired here, and very dissatisfied. Whilst they technically did replace a cracked screen, they replaced it with a poorer quality screen meaning the screen definition is less clear. Also they left dust and scratches on the original screen, and glue all the way around the edge. For the PS paid, you would expect a more professional job.

It would have been better leaving it cracked than having the bad repair job here. Do not come here if you want a good quality repair, they will botch it up.

After nearly being ripped off by the phone shop across the road for a print out I wanted to do for a quiz I was hosting that night, which i walked out off. I then walked into I- Technics accross the road and the guy in here was amazing and printed off my quiz for me at a good price without any hassle. Great character and a laugh we had.
